INSTRUCTIONS

Steps to apply Online (Instructions)


  1. Submissions with incorrect or incomplete information will be rejected.
  2. Rs 500 is payable for each application.
  3. Verify each entry before submitting the application.
  4. Field marked with an asterisk (*) in front of them is mandatory.
  5. In upload mark sheet/File, upload a scanned copy of your documents.
  6. Upload your documents having the extension p.d.f only.
  7. For any assistance contact 05942-235716.
  8. The document applied for will be post to the given address.
  9. Before submitting the application online please ensure that your Name, Fathers Name (As per High School Certificate)and enrolment number the same in all the marksheets if it is not you have to visit the university for the correction.
  10. Your degree will not be processed until the convocation ceremony respective to your final session has been organized.

Reasons for rejection of degree application:-


  1. Your name (As per High School Certificate) is not the same in all mark sheets. Please apply again after correcting your mark sheet from university.
  2. Your Father’s name (As per High School Certificate) is not the same in all mark sheets.Please apply again after correcting your mark sheet from university.
  3. The roll number in your mark sheet is wrong. Please apply again after correcting your mark sheet from university.
  4. Enrolment number in your mark sheet is wrong. Please apply again after correcting your mark sheet from university.
  5. The mark sheet uploaded (in p.d.f format) by you is not clear. Please apply again after proper correct scanning your mark sheet (in p.d.f format).
  6. The marks in the mark sheet uploaded by you are not matching with university records. Please contact to the university for the same.
  7. Internet mark sheet is not valid for online degree, due to which your application is being cancelled. Please attach the original copy of your same mark sheet.
  8. Students whose combined mark sheet (1st and 2nd semester ) has been issued in 2016, if any mark sheet is COP or fail then you will have to get the separateboth correct mark sheets. Due to this your application has been rejected. You have to come to the university to correct the mark sheet.



  1. Students who have passed the final Year/Semester Examination of the University and have not been awarded Degree yet, are eligible to download the provisional Certificate.
  2. Students who have passed in or after year 2016 are allowed to download provisional certificate.
  3. Students will have to pay the processing charge of Rs. 100 to the University to download the certificate. The processing charges can only be paid online.
  4. Students are advised to take a print out of the Fee receipt after completing the payment as details of the payment will be required to submit the Provision certificate application online.
  5. Please keep ready all semester/year the mark sheets with you while submitting the processing charges and online provisional certificate. Details printed on the mark sheet will be required at the time of paying processing charges and submitting the online application for provisional certificate.
  6. All the information provided in the online application should exactly match the details printed on the marks sheets. if details provided by you do not match with the University records, then you will not be able to download the provisional certificate. In such cases contact the University with the Photocopy of marks sheets of all semester/year.


Online payment processing FAQ


Pending/Awaited Transactions:


Your bank may take up to 7 working days to process the transaction. After Processing, the transaction status will either change to success or failure. You can view the same under check fee status of the website. To avoid paying twice, wait for the final status of transaction before trying to pay again.

Transaction is failed, but the money has been debited from the account.


If the transaction failed, the money will be reversed back to your account. First, check your bank statement to see if the money has been reversed.You can view the same under check fee status of the website. As it requires the bank to manually settle the funds, allow 7 working days for the amount to get reversed to your bank account.
