Note: Fee submitted after 24-08-2022 will not be accepted in any case for B. Ed. Entrance Examination -2022. If the Candidate submits the fee after the said date i. e. 24-08-2022 his candidature for B. Ed. Entrance Examination 2022 will not be entertained and he/she will be solely responsible.
ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates appearing in qualifying examination (U.G. or P.G.) from Kumaun University are eligible. Candidates appearing in qualifiying examination from other Universities are not eligible.
- (a) Candidates with at least 50 % marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
- (b) The relaxation of 5 % in the eligibility criteria shall be applicable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per rules of the State Government.
- Note: - Candidates of Engineering and Technology stream must note that as per the NCTE guidelines their eligibility for B. Ed. Programme is decided solely based on their U. G. degree with specialization in Science and Mathematics not at all on the basis of their Master's Degree in Engineering & Technology.

- NOTE - Please check your eligibility before submitting B. Ed. Entrance Examination Fee. If a candidate is not eligible as per given criteria, and submits examination fee his submitted examination fee will not be refunded.
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
- Candidates are advised to check his/her eligibility for the course before submitting the fees. Fees, once deposited will not be refunded in any case.
- Candidate should keep a copy of printed application and produce the documents in support of their UG and/or PG qualification(s) and claim of weightage marks during the time of verification/Counselling. He/she should not submit the hard copy to the university by post/mail.
- Candidates appearing in qualifying examination (U.G. or P.G.) from Kumaun University are eligible. Candidates appearing in qualification examination from other Universities are not eligibile.
- Candidates who do not fulfil the requisite educational qualification (i.e. required percentage and/or Qualifying Examination) will not be allowed and will not be able to fill and submit the form.
- Please read detailed Terms, conditions and Information given in Brochure before applying for B.Ed. Entrance Examination.
- You need a valid Mobile Number and an Email Id (Both active) to complete the Application/Registration process. All communications with the candidate shall be made on these mobile number and email.
- Get scanned your passport (PP) size photograph and Signature in JPEG/JPG format. Make sure that Photo Image should be less than 100kb and Sign less than 50kb in size. You will be asked to upload the Photo & Sign while filling up the Application. Size of the Photo should ne 4.5cm X 3cm and Size of the Signature should be 4.5cm X 1.5cm.
- To apply for B.Ed. Entrance Examination: 2022, click on Acceptance button which will lead to Apply Online button. Provide required information and follow the instructions to proceed further.
- Provide your actual personal and educational details. Upload your latest photograph.
- Do review your Photo, Sign, personal and educational details before final submission of the Application.
- When you finally submit the Application, a unique Registration Number will be assigned to you and notified to you through SMS and Email service immediately. Keep it safely as the Registration Number would be required for further Login instances thereafter.
- Complete the application process after paying the Fees and take a print out of the confirmation page.

- Candidates should note that their candidature is strictly provisional. The mere fact that Admit Card has been issued and the candidate is allowed to appear in the Entrance Test shall not imply that his/her candidature has been accepted.
- The candidates must carry a photo identity card along with their Admit Card on the day of examination.Its compulsorily required for appearing in the examination.
- University may change the Entrance Examination Centre or date of Examination without assigning any reason.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
- The use of calculators or Log Tables is not permitted. Mobile phones, pagers, electronic devices etc. are not allowed in the Examination Hall/Room.
- A candidate who does not appear in paper-I, will not be permitted to appear in paper-II.
- Applications submitted on any other format except Online, will not be accepted.
- All incomplete Application Forms will be rejected.
- Date of fee submission through all modes will be accepted till 24-08-2022. No fee submission will be entertained after 24-08-2022.
- Online application will be accepted up to 11:59 p. m. of the last date i. e. 24-08-2022
- It may be noted that Admission Card will be issued 05 days in advance by the University through online method only. Candidates are requested to verify the information printed on the Admit Card and bring printout of online Admission Card while coming for Entrance Examination.
- Result of all qualified candidates, eligible for counselling, will be uploaded on website https://www.kunainital.ac.in soon after declaration of result. University will separately not issue any offline mark sheet to qualified/nonqualified candidates.
- Decision of the University shall be final in all matters.
- All legal disputes pertaining to this Entrance Test shall fall within the jurisdiction of Courts of Law at Nainital.
