Online Payment Processing FAQ's

  • Pending/Awaited Transactions

    Your bank may take up to 7 working days to process the transaction. After Processing, the transaction status will either change to success or failure. You can view the same under check fee status of the website. To avoid paying twice, wait for the final status of transaction before trying to pay again.

  • Transaction is failed, but the money has been debited from the account

    If the transaction failed, the money will be reversed back to your account. First, check your bank statement to see if the money has been reversed.You can view the same under check fee status of the website. As it requires the bank to manually settle the funds, allow 7 working days for the amount to get reversed to your bank account.

  • Fee once deposited shall not be refunded in any case. Therefore, it is requested to read all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before the submission of online application form for Admission Programme - 2022
